Cover A shows a shocked Mistress of the Dark with the Creature behind her and his claws about to touch her cheeks.

Cover B features Elvira enjoying popcorn while watching a 3D movie while some guys watch her.

Cover C shows a spider creating an image of the Mistress of the Dark's face with it's webbing.

Cover D features Elvira relaxing in a bathtub while drinking her night brew from a goblet as a creature's tentacle shaves her leg.
