Page 10 is one of my favorite pages in this issue because there are two women cosplaying as Vampirella and Red Sonja. They also pop up later in the story.

Women Wednesday: The Death of Elvira

From the Official Elvira Newsletter:

"Celebrate Elvira's 40th Anniversary With This Landmark Original Comic Book Issue - Who Killed Elvira? The fiends at Dynamite have done the unthinkable. After four frightening decades, they're fitting the Mistress of the Dark with a curvy coffin! Elvira's never let something like death get in her way before. She'll be telling all the stories that lead up to the dastardly deed and walking you through a who's who of would-be assassins. Can you figure out who done it?"

"This diabolical tale is a huge 40 page whopper of a comic book, written by David Avallone and illustrated by Silvia Califano. These two masters of the macabre deliver Elvira her final rites in stylish fashion with beautiful art that captures all of her amazing, uh... assets. Even something as monumental as her own DEATH won't stop Elvira from uncovering the truth, and you can be there every step of the way!"
