Doctor/Doc Fate of Earth 20
In Infinite Crisis: Fight For The Multiverse #19, he is called Doctor Fate of Earth 20 and employs phase-blasters:
In Multiversity: The Society of Super-Heroes #1, he is Doc Fate because that was is father's nickname for him:
Whatever he is called, it's great to see an alternative version of Dr. Fate from DC Comics. I actually enjoyed the latter issue more for he comes to unpleasant fate in the former issue and the art is better.

Captain Carrot On The Multiversity #1 Cover
Captain Carrot is on The Multiversity #1 cover by Ivan Reis, Joe Prado and Nei Ruffino. Also featured is the black President Superman, Mary Marvel (?) and a red-skinned horned Green Lantern.
