50th Birthday Bash #3: Avengers 2012 Top Secret Birthday Card

The Avengers 2012 Top Secret birthday card is another comic book movie tie-in collectible. This one looks like a file folder complete with S.H.I.E.L.D. written on the top tab. The front has the Avengers circle A logo along with "Top Secret Operation Birthday" written underneath it.

A word search puzzle is on the inside front cover. Hulk, Captain America and Iron Man are pictured on the opposite page with "Your Mission: Celebrate, Avengers-style and have a thrilling, high-powered, totally awesome bithday! (And that's an order)" written below them:

The back of the Avengers 2012 Top Secret birthday card shows that the original price was $2.99 in USA and $3.99 in Canada (I picked it up for ninety cents):

The birthday card came with a yellow envelope covered with orange and green stars.

50th Birthday Bash #2: Avengers 2012 Birthday Card With Trading Cards

Today's comic book related birthday card is also movie related for it has the Avengers drawn as their movie counterparts. The front cover has Captain America, Iron Man and Thor (Hulk is noticeably absent) with the text "Happy birthday to a kid with amazing powers, impressive strength, and super skills!":

Attached to the front of the birthday card are four trading cards featuring the Avengers (Hulk actually gets one too):

 

The back of the trading cards gives the powers and abilities of the Avengers:

The inside of the Avengers 2012 birthday card has the text "Have you thought about joining S.H.I.E.L.D.?":

The back shows that the original price was $3.49 in the USA and $4.49 in Canada:

I picked up the Avengers 2012 birthday card with trading cards for $1.05 and it came with a blue envelope that is covered partially with stars.

Women Wednesday: Black Widow Party Cup From Hallmark

I recently picked this Black Widow party cup that Hallmark put out in 2012 for eighty cents instead of the regular one dollar price. The interior is red and the bottom states that it was made in the USA. This belongs to the Avengers movie party cup set (I also have the Captain America party cup).

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Premiers Tonight
