Dreadstar #37 (1988)

Dreadstar #37 (1988) published by First Comics was the next comic book included in the Ollie's grab bag. The science fiction title was originally published by Epic Comics, an imprint of Marvel Comics, for twenty-six issues before First Comics published thirty-eight more issues. I had Dreadstar #31, 45 and 58 but I sold them years ago. I never really cared for Vanth Dreadstar himself but I did like the cat-like guy. This issue deals with the return of an old foe plus Dreadstar's daughter becoming one with the Empire's computer.

Clive Barker's Nightbreed #3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 12

I am pretty sure that Jim Baikie was the cover artist for Clive Barker's Nightbreed #3 (June 1990), 4 (July 1990), 5 (September 1990), 6 (November 1990), 7 (January 1991) and 8 (March 1991) but I am not too sure about #12 (November 1991). He also did the interior art for #3 and 4 before being replaced by a various artists. Alan Grant and John Wagner were the writers until #5 when D. G. Chichester took over the writing. Epic Comics, an imprint of Marvel Comics, published the series. If you enjoyed the horror movie, then you will enjoy the comic series.

Coyote #3

Jackson Guice was the cover artist and interior penciler for Coyote #3 (September 1983) from Epic Comics, a creator-imprint of Marvel Comics. Steve Englehart wrote the script, Bob Wiacek did the inking and Christie Scheele coloring. "How The Coyote Chased His Tail" finds Slyvester Santangelo in Las Vegas trying to find a spy from Israel before facing the Djinn in the desert.
