Batman Playing Cards Spades Edition

Finally, we focus on the Spades from the Batman playing cards. Once again, the classic Batman and Detective Comics covers outnumber the Batman artwork cards. Cover characters include Batman, Robin, Joker and Catwoman. My second favorite artwork card features Batman with his cowl pull back and exposing his secret identity of Bruce Wayne.

Batman Playing Cards Hearts Edition

The Hearts from the Batman playing cards feature classic Batman and Detective Comics covers. I was surprised to see that they included the 3-D Batman comic cover. Characters features on the covers include Batman, Robin, Joker, Riddler and Catwoman. The covers actually outnumber the artwork cards featuring Batman in different poses.

Batman Playing Cards Diamonds Edition

Today's post spotlights the Diamonds from the Batman playing cards. The classic Batman and Detective Comics covers features Batman, Robin, Green Lantern, the Atom, Manhunter, Hawkman, Penguin, Riddler, Joker, Bat-Woman and Mr. Zero (renamed Mr. Freeze later). One of the Batman artwork cards features him piloting the Batcopter and has to be my favorite in the whole deck.

Note: Yes, I know that some of the cards are swapped in the Ace to Nine image. I didn't notice that until after I cropping the image.

Superhero Sunday: Batman Playing Cards Box and Jokers

I finally got my computer and Internet problems worked out. I spent most of today getting my printer and scanner up and running again. I picked up this deck of Batman playing cards a week or two ago at the local Dollar Tree. The background of the box has a lot of blue while the back of the cards has that same blue plus the Batman logo. If you look closely, then you might be able to make out some images in that blue background. I was surprised that both of the Joker cards did not feature the Joker. The black Joker card has the Joker while the red one has Two-Face. I'm not posting all the cards in one post and will be spreading them across several posts. The playing card images are a mix of comic covers and actual artwork. No artist or copyright date is known so these might be a few years old. They are nice addition to my Batman collection as well as my playing cards collection.

Toy Tuesday: Hot Wheels 2026 Metalflake Purple Tooned Classic TV Batmobile

I picked up this Hot Wheels 2026 Metalflake Purple Tooned Classic TV Batmobile last Friday on a road trip to Hutchinson, Kansas. I was surprised that their Walmart's had two of them since our local one in Pratt, Kansas has none. The color of the photos may be a little off since I had to install the new version of GIMP to adjust the brightness and contrast of the photos. This is #4 of the Batman 2026 subset and #144 in the main set. I now have four different Tooned versions.

The metalflake purple color reminds me of Batgirl's costume especially when I shine my cell phone's flashlight on it. I love the red chrome on the wheels.

Women Wednesday: Sirens: Love Hurts #1-4

DC Comics released Sirens: Love Hurts on February 11, 2026 under their Black Label imprint. The cover focuses on Catwoman but also shows Black Canary, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn. Here is the official summary:

"HARLEY, IVY, CATWOMAN, AND BLACK CANARY BROUGHT TO YOU BY FAN-FAVORITE CREATORS TINI HOWARD AND BABS TARR! Introducing Gotham's most eligible bachelorettes... for at least a little while longer! First, there's Catwoman, who's been playing cat and mouse with her two favorite boy toys — Bruce Wayne and the Dark Knight himself, Batman. Next up? Harley Quinn, who's recently single and now committed only to her hot girl era. Of course, there's also Poison Ivy, who just wants to enjoy her solitude...as long as her best friend Harley's there to enjoy it with her. And then there's the new girl, Black Canary, who's engaged to the love of her life, Green Arrow — but the closer they get to the wedding day, the more it feels like they might not be so written in the stars after all."

The second issue was released on March 11, 2026. The cover focused on Harley Quinn but also featured Poison Ivy, Catwoman and Black Canary. Here is the official summary:

"Things heat up in Gotham City as Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, and their reluctant new partner in crime—solving, that is—Black Canary hunt down leads in their serial killer case. Catwoman ropes Batman into some steamy surveillance work, Harley and Ivy pour out the wine as they pore over evidence, and Canary...well, the only thing keeping her sane amidst wedding dress shopping and her too-fancy engagement party is getting her knuckles a little bruised and blood during suspect interrogations. But as the bodies pile up and Halloween looms large over Gotham, the Sirens realize working together across enemy lines proves harder than your average Justice League team-up. When the killer suddenly turns the sharp point of their knife from the city's most vulnerable women to the Sirens themselves, will the threat unite the mat long last? Or tear their alliance apart for good?"

The third issue was released on April 8, 2026. The cover focuses on Poison Ivy but also shows Harley Quinn, Black Canary and Catwoman. Here is the official summary:

"The holidays are here, but not every Siren’s feeling the cheer! Sure, Harley and Ivy’s friendship warms to a romance, but Catwoman and millionaire Bruce Wayne go ice cold when Bruce attempts to define the relationship— wasn’t he supposed to be a playboy? And then there’s the matter of Black Canary’s bachelorette party, where the Sirens and the police commissioner’s daughter, Barbara Gordon, are all on the guest list. Tensions ride high…and Gotham’s most elusive serial killer, Horoscope, is happy to cut right through them. Literally."

The fourth and final issue was released May 20, 2026. The cover focuses on Black Canary but also shows Catwoman, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy. Here is the official summary:

"As winter melts to spring and the marriage of power couple Black Canary and Green Arrow looms large in Gotham City, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy struggle to pick up the shattered pieces of their friendship-turned-situationship… and a shocking revelation turns Catwoman’s relationship with Batman upside down. Even the bride- and groom-to-be face their own rocky walk down the aisle on their wedding day… one that the killer Horoscope is determined to make a bloody affair!"

Countdown to Christmas 2025 Day 23: Batman as Ebenezer Scrooge Funko Pop

What does Batman and Scrooge have in common? They are both fictional rich men. Other than that, they are complete opposites for Bruce Wayne is known to give to charities while Ebenezer hates them until the end of his tale. You can still get this Batman as Ebenezer Scrooge Funko Pop at Amazon as a belated Christmas present for a friend or yourself.

Countdown to Christmas 2025 Day 9: Hot Wheels Batman 5-Pack 2026

I also picked up this Hot Wheels Batman 5-pack 2926 last week as an early Christmas present to myself. I found it at the local Walmart's and it was the only one so I had to grab it before it was gone. The diecast vehicles include the Batmobile from the 1989 Batman movie, Gotham City Police Department SWAT Armored Truck, Killer Croc 70s Van, Catwoman Blvd Bruiser and the Batplane from tv's Batman: Animated Series. This makes my eighth Batman 5-pack.

Countdown to Christmas 2025 Day 8: Hot Wheels 2026 Metalflake Gray The Batman Batmobile

I bought myself an early Christmas last week when I found this Hot Wheels 2026 Metalflake gray The Batman Batmobile at the local Dollar Tree. I was surprised that I found and had to get it since it was the only on the pegs. It's #1 of 5 in the Batman subset and #4 of 250 in the main set. The windows are smoke tinted and based on the Batmobile from The Batman (2022) movie. The back of the card has a copyright year of 2025.
