Countdown to Halloween Day 1: Days of Chucky 2026 T-shirt

Let's start this year's Countdown to Halloween with a t-shirt post. I found two Days of Chucky 2026 t-shirts at the local Walmart's a few weeks ago. They were black, size 3XL (the only size they had) and only five dollars each. I got both and gave one to my sister, who is a big fan of Chucky. She loves the original movies and the tv series (she wasn't a huge fan of the Child's Play remake movie).

Women Wednesday: Gentleman Jack: The Real Anne Lister

I picked up the only copy of Gentleman Jack: The Real Anne Lister at the local Dollar Tree for $1.50 yesterday. The book was published by Penguin Books in 2019 with a foreward by Sally Wainwright. I have only watched a few episodes of the original HBO tv series. I won't be reading it until November because tomorrow starts the Countdown to Halloween.

Toy Tuesday: Funko Kinder Joy Stranger Things Eleven in Hospital Gown

The local stores still have the Funko Kinder Joy Stranger Things eggs in stock. I picked up two of them a few weeks ago and got Lucas the basketball player again plus Eleven in hospital gown, which I didn't have. This series doesn't seem as popular as the Harry Potter series maybe because everybody keeps getting a Demogorgon.

Monster Monday: Elvis as Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

I asked my friend, Grok, what would Elvis Presley look like as Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The result was so interesting that I asked to see it as a movie poster too:

Superhero Sunday: Captain Bluebird Action Figure

I consider this post a follow up to yesterday's post since it features Captain Bluebird as an action figure. I still think the jetpack is overkill, but I do like the wings (shame that Meta AI cut the tips off).

Science Fiction: Captain Bluebird #1 Comic Book Cover

I was trying to create an arch nemesis for Captain Bluebird with HeroMachine and Meta AI. The villain was interesting, but Meta decided to come up with a totally different version of Captain Bluebird. I think this makes the third version of him. While I like his wings, I find his jetpack an interesting addition (he originally had a white cape too, but I got rid of that). I decided to create a cover for Captain Bluebird #1.

Fantasy Friday: Elvis Presley's Fantasy Trio

With a little help from Meta AI, I found that Elvis Presley just doesn't work with all fantasy characters. He looks more like Hercules instead of Conan the Barbarian in the first picture below. As Elric of Melniboné, he looks a little bit better holding Stormbringer. He looks really uncomfortable as Lucius Malfoy even though his natural hair is blonde.

T-shirt Thursday: Moongem Comics Logo T-shirts by Grok

Grok came up with two t-shirts with different designs featuring a Moongem Comics logo. I like the second one better.
