Countdown to Christmas 2020 Day 21: Season's Speedings From Hot Wheels

I received the following Season's Speedings email from Hot Wheels:

"The holiday season can be a lot like a Hot Wheels® car: it goes by really fast. So we wanted to slow down (temporarily, of course) and express our appreciation during this festive season.

"We’re happy to have you as part of the Hot Wheels® family and wish you all the best as we speed through the holidays and into the new year.

"Happy Holidays from your friends at Hot Wheels®!"

Countdown to Christmas 2020 Day 9: Deadpool With Turkey Funko Pop

I should have done a Countdown to Thanksgiving this year so I could have posted this Deadpool with Turkey Funko Pop back in November. Some people have a big old Butterball for their Christmas meal but we usually have ham. I love that he is wearing an apron and oven mitts. He would make a great gift for the Marvel cook in your life.

Countdown to Christmas 2020 Day 8: Hot Wheels Flintstones Flintmobile

I found this Hot Wheels Flinstones Flintmobile at the local Dillons store last week. It's #235 of 250 of the 2020 line and #4 of 10 in the HW Screen Time line. Yes, there is a slot at the bottom for Fred to stick his feet through so he can get it going. The Flintmobile has been released several times over the years but this is the first one that I ever found in the wild.

Countdown to Christmas 2020 Day 7: Hot Wheels TV Batmobile Kroger Exclusive

I found this Hot Wheels TV Batmobile Kroger Exclusive last week at the local Dillons store. It's a variant of #197 of 250 and #4 of 5 in the Batman line. I love the satin red color that makes it pretty cool looking.

Goodnight, Dave Prowse

Sad news for Dave Prowse, Man Behind Darth Vader’s Mask, Is Dead at 85.

Marvel Studios Heroes #7 The Wasp Action Figure

The seventh action figure in the Marvel Studios Heroes toy line is the Wasp. Not only is she the only woman that I got in the McDonald's Happy Meal but she was also the last figure that I received in that set. Yep, I only got four out of the nine action figures. I will probably be looking for the others at the local thrift stores next year.

If you push the button on the back of her head, her wings move.

One final note that I haven't mentioned before. All the action figures in the Marvel Studios Heroes toy line can be connected together side by side.

Marvel Studios Heroes #5 Planted Groot Action Figure

The fifth action figure in the Marvel Studios Heroes toy line is the Planted Groot.

If you push the button on his back, then his head and arms move.

Marvel Studios Heroes #2 Winter Soldier Action Figure

The second action figure in the Marvel Studios Heroes toy line is Winter Soldier. I can't get over how big his nose looks.

If you push the button in his back, then his robotic arm moves up and down.
