Mad Dog Studios released Dick Tracy Halloween Special 2025 yesterday just in time for Halloween. Cover A features Dick Tracy and Tess Trueheart standing on the steps of a very small haunted house. Cover B features Dick Tracy, Flattop, Zombie Dick Tracy and the Blank. The back cover features Zombie Dick Tracy and the Kid, who will eventually become Dick Tracy Jr.
The issue features two stories with the first being the untitled main story that shows Dick Tracy and Tess Trueheart meeting the Kid for the first time. The second story is titled "Witchsplaining" and features Tess Trueheart getting mixed up with the Witch Gang. Here's the official summary:
