Yes, I saved this DC Comics Ooshies Black Canary Classic pencil topper for this week's Women Wednesday post. She does have the blue fishnet stockings and half-jacket. Not surprisingly, she is the only female pencil topper that I have found so far. Might be time to get more mystery bags.
