I was at the local Dollar Tree last week and I found this Marvel Avengers Captain America Mini Bust Paper Weight. He is about three inches tall. I just had to get him even though the paint job is a little sloppy. According to my research, this was released in 2019. Kind of odd seeing him without his arms and shield.
