My sister and I both got the McGoblin bucket from the local McDonald's about a week ago. We didn't even try to get the other two since the green bucket was the only one we wanted. To me, the McGoblin bucket looks more like a witch than a goblin.
The McGoblin bucket also came with a circular activity flyer with stickers of costumes for witch and werewolf on one side:
The flip side of the activity flyer has two skeletons that you can put the stickers on to dress them up for Halloween:
