June is Pride Month and here is what Elvira herself has to say about it in her official fang mail newsletter (sign up for it at her site):
"It’s that gal in the wig who’s talents are BIG — Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. June is here, it’s queer, and ya know what that means... that’s right, it’s Pride Month! I’ve always said that I was raised by a pack of wild drag queens and since then I’ve definitely raised a few myself! I will always support my friends in the LGBTQ+ community."
