Countdown To Halloween 2011 Day 7: Pez Witch

I finally have a Pez witch dispenser thanks to one of the local retail stores finally carrying them. The bottom is the only part that glows in the dark. Would have been cooler if the head or at least the face would also glow. I am torn about keeping it in the package or opening it and playing with it before gobbling all the candy.
