Halloween Countdown 2010 Day 9: X23 Vampire
I am not at all familiar with X23 from Marvel Comics. I think she's Wolverine's daughter or perhaps his twin. I do know that Mike Mayhew did a variant cover for X23 #2 for which you can buy the original 11x17 artwork here. You can find a three page preview of the issue at Comic Book Resources.

Atually, X-23 is Wolverene's clone (with some differences introduced via genetic engineering)
