Countdown To Halloween 2011 Day 16: Kansas Thrills, Chills & Bills Lottery Tickets

This year's Halloween-themed lottery tickets from Kansas Lottery are titled Thrills, Chills & Bills and features six jack-o-lanterns. Needless to say that I did not win anything again this year.
