Women Wednesday: Elisabeth Sladen

Sarah Jane Smith will always be THE Doctor Who companion for she was my first. Elisabeth Sladen passed away on April 19, 2011 at the age of sixty-three from cancer.

Very sad.

Apparently the BBC are airing a tribute to Lis Sladen this Saturday. I don't know if BBCA or Space have any plans to do anything similar, though.
