The Grimm Fairy Tales: 2021 Swimsuit Special is now out from Zenescope Entertainment. There are six different covers but I only found Cover A by Michael Dooney and Ula Mos. The first dozen pages features a new adventure featuring Gretel, who battles a witch at a seaside amusement park. The rest of the issue is filled with pin ups of the Zenescope women in mostly bikinis. One of my favorites is the Gretel pin up by Renato Rei and Sanju Nivangune.

Movie Monday: Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 2
I actually picked up the Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 2 DVD in May of this year at the local Dollar Tree. Yes, it brings the Alan Moore graphic novel to animated life and is pretty faithful to it. I actually watched it a few months ago and never got around to posting about it here. Peter Weller is Batman, Ariel Winter is Carrie Kelly and David Selby is James Gordon. It's kind of weird to hear the voices of RoboCop and Quentin Collins from Dark Shadows in an animated movie from DC Comics. I highly recommend it especially if you enjoyed the graphic novel,.

Movie Monday: Batman Unlimited: Animal Instincts
I picked up the Batman Unlimited: Animal Instints DVD at the local Dollar Tree back in May of this year. I watched it a few weeks ago but never got around to posting about it here until now. This is actually the first entry to the Batman Unlimited series (Batman Unlimited: Mechs Vs Monsters is the sequel). Roger Craig Smith is Batman, Chris Diamantopoulos is Green Arrow and Will Friedle is Nightwing. I actually enjoyed watching Silverback and Cheetah more than the good guys. The animated movie is kids friendly but even adults will enjoy it too. Special features include two episodes of The Brave and The Bold cartoon series.

Hot Wheels 2021 Batmobile First Appearance
I can't believe that I actually found the first appearance of the Hot Wheels 2021 Batmobile #4. Yes, this is the one based on The Batman movie featuring Robert Pattinson that will not hit the theaters until 2022. I picked this up at the local Dollar Tree of all places. The back text reads "Batmobile born: 2021, Gotham City Designer: Bruce Wayne. A Batmobile like you've neer seen before rumbles and roars through the dark and gritty streets of Gotham City. It may be different in its design but it is identical in its purpose: to get Batman where he's needed most and get him there with a vengeance."

Hot Wheels 2021 The Batman Batmobile Blue
I actually picked up this blue version of the Hot Wheels 2021 The Batman Batmobile last week. Like the chrome version, this is #2 of five and is based on the cartoon show that ran from 2004 to 2008. I found this in a bin with other Hot Wheels at the local Dillons store. This one has the DC logo instead of the cartoon show logo. I would have posted this sooner but I have been having problems again with my digital camera focusing. I finally decided to put it on one side and the result can be seen below.

Hot Wheels 2021 The Batman Batmobile Chrome
I actually picked up this chrome version of the Hot Wheels 2021 The Batman Batmobile last week (it's 2 of 5 in the Batman subset). I finally got around taking a picture of it and posting it here. The back text reads "Help Batman fight crime and protect Gotham City in these Batmobile inspired vehicles" with the year 2020. However, the bottom of the Batmobile says 2013. This is based on The Batman cartoon series that ran from 2004 to 2008, There is a blue version too that I have yet to find. Trying to keep track and find all these alternate Batmobiles can give one a headache.
