Superman Shares New Ongoing Title With Wonder Woman

I was caught a little off guard by the news at SUPERMAN/WONDER WOMAN Ongoing Series Coming in October. I would have expected a mini-series featuring them before the new DC 52 relaunch several years ago. Kind of sad that Wonder Woman still has only one title while Superman and Batman has several monthly titles.

Maybe the Batman/Catwoman ongoing series will come out when his movies are relaunched.

The Dark Knight Rises Finally

I just finished watching The Dark Knight Rises on HBO and I felt like I watched three different movies. Bane was just boring and mumbled a lot. Catwoman was just okay and John the young police officer stole the movie so much that I forgot that it was a Batman movie.

Superman Jumbo Coloring And Activity Book From 2010

I picked up the Superman Jumbo Coloring And Activity Book last week at the local Dollar General for one dollar plus tax. This was published in 2010 by Bendon International, Inc. Basically, the coloring pages are pin-ups of Superman, Clark Kent and Lex Luthor in different poses. The activity pages includes mazes, word scramble, finish the picture, squares, color and cut jigsaw puzzle, follow the path, tic-tac-toe, Kryptonium key (translate Kyptonian words into English) and draw (Lex Luthor and the s-shield log). The back cover has stand-ups of Lex Luthor and Superman that can be cut out. Not bad artwork for a dollar since this is pre-52 Superman.

I went to the local Dillons store this morning to drop off my medicine at their pharmacy when I went past several 2013 Hot Wheels Superman on pegs. I didn't pick any up because I have to save my money for when I pick up the pills. There are six cars plus a chase that include the following:

Catwoman PEZ Found

Today is a special treat that I am very excited about. I finally found a Catwoman PEZ from 2012 on a road trip last Wednesday at Hastings. This is one of those new bust types. I never thought I would ever actually find one in a store so I considered myself lucky that she only cost me about two dollars. She came with grape and raspberry candy that I have not consumed yet. I really like this Catwoman PEZ with the red goggles and lips.
