Countdown to Halloween 2013 Day 7: PCH Lotto Gets Spooky

I have not found any Halloween related lottery tickets yet but I did find that some of the PCH Lotto online tickets are a little spooky:
Black Cat Bucks from PCH Lotto
Candy Bag Cash from PCH Lotto
Scarecrow Cash Stash from PCH Lotto
Unfortunately, I have yet to win anything from Publishers Clearing House either online or through their countless mailings over the years.

    Haven't looked for any Halloween scratch tickets yet, either! Will have to go and see what's what.
